Digital rights and responsibilities is having the right and
freedom to use all types of digital technology, but also using the technology
in an acceptable and appropriate manner. As a user of digital technology, you
also have the right to privacy and the freedom of personal expression. This
petition is aimed at the Communist country of the world. We wish to highlight
the uses of the digital world and why every person should be given access to
these technology.(Digital
Rights And Responsibilities ,2016) The reason for this petition is to
bring about equality in many spectre of society, we strongly believe that
access to technology will greatly improve the below are of focus.
Education is a very strong sector in the digital age and
with the use of a digital technology students can reach and be exposed to the
world at large.
Communication is a very important as this allows the public to communicate world-wide and for the government and public services to operate with greater efficiency and meet citizen needs.

Digital access will help the government to better know its people and develop correct and updated information on the country.
Because it is the right of
every person to have access to a form of digital citizenship, we need encourage
Communist ruled country to consider the many advantage of digital access and the
human rights of digital citizenship.
